I live up in Hollingbury, Brighton and work as a mobile trainer in Brighton & Hove and surrounding areas. I have a wide ranging experience in the health and fitness industry. I have over 10 years’ experience in the industry as a Personal Trainer.

I’ve worked in and managed gyms on cruise ships to high end sports clubs like David Lloyd. Over the past 10 years I’ve built up a great mobile training business working 1-2-1 with clients at their homes. During my experience as a Fitness Coach I’ve taken 100’s of clients through 1-2-1 personal training sessions. I also specialise in nutritional consultations, recommending methods for reducing fat, water retention and cellulite.

I always strive to be the best I can be by learning and developing new skills as a trainer to help others. Each year I update my skill set with Continuous Personal Development. I am currently training in an advanced Diploma with Faster to better my knowledge and understanding of the human body. My passion for your health and wellbeing is totally genuine. I get so much pleasure from seeing your results that it is reward in itself. I love to see the look on people’s faces as I tell them they have dropped 3 dress sizes or lost 5% body fat or improved there 5k run by 10mins. If I help you to lower and sustain your resting heart rate by 15 bpm (heart beats per minute) it will have added years and quality onto your life which is an amazing feeling.
