I can train you with anything from a basic mat on a floor to a well-equipped home gym. I have all my own equipment including mobile adjustable free weights so you don’t need anything to start your fitness program.
Resistance exercise:
- Bodyweight/ TRX suspension training/ Dumb Bells/ Barbells/ Kettle Bells/ Battle ropes/ Strike Pads/ Machine weights
Cardio Vascular Training:
- Walking/ Running/ Cycling/ Rowing/ Swimming/ Skipping/ Kick-boxing
Specific Exercise training:
- PNF Stretching- I will assist your stretch allowing a physical lengthening of your muscles.
- Foam roller- To relieve muscular tension you need to massage it out with the foam roller.
- Yoga/ Pilates/ Shotokan Karate/ Kickboxing
