I can train you with anything from a basic mat on a floor to a well-equipped home gym. I have all my own equipment including mobile adjustable free weights so you don’t need anything to start your fitness program.
Resistance exercise:

  • Bodyweight/ TRX suspension training/ Dumb Bells/ Barbells/ Kettle Bells/ Battle ropes/ Strike Pads/ Machine weights

Cardio Vascular Training:

  • Walking/ Running/ Cycling/ Rowing/ Swimming/ Skipping/ Kick-boxing

Specific Exercise training:

  • PNF Stretching- I will assist your stretch allowing a physical lengthening of your muscles.
  • Foam roller- To relieve muscular tension you need to massage it out with the foam roller.
  • Yoga/ Pilates/ Shotokan Karate/ Kickboxing
