I have known Luke Jones for a little over a year, and he has shown himself to be professional and competent at all times. He has been my personal trainer on six occasions, and I could not envisage anyone better. His approach has been courteous and thoughtful. He is adept at making the people who come to the New Malden Kinetika gym feel welcome. Similarly he is good at getting the best out of them and constantly cajoles and encourages people to attain their specific goals, regardless of age, sex and physical condition. I would say that people who have experienced him as a trainer do think similarly. He always works professionally and appears conscientious and thorough. I strongly suspect that he would always complete paperwork on time and to the best of his ability. He is fanatically interested in fitness and weight management and would always search for new ways of giving the best advice and training to the people in his care. In the best possible way his approach is constantly self-critical, searching for fresh ways forward. I am quite sure that he would engage any difficulties with confidence and assurance. Although a serious person, who believes in the value of his work, he has a gentle sense of humour, and an engaging manner creating respect and a feeling of confidence from his colleagues and the members of the gym.
I would be delighted to answer further questions.
