As a fitness Instructor Luke is very social and approachable to all members and is always on hand if advice or help is needed- as a PT instructor he is patient, encouraging and always looking to improve on any programs set for an individual to attain their goals – for me he has helped improve my fitness level in all aspects and achieve one of my goals in running complete circuits of Richmond Park on a regular basis and charity runs with a view to running a marathon at some future time- I would recommend him to all.
